Our Results Services
Excellent Academy can provide Results Services which occurs in circumstances where you may want your exam paper reviewed or looked at again.
We can provide:
- Access to Scripts – this is where you request a copy of your exam papers.
- Service 1 – Clerical check – this is where the Awarding Body (exam board) will double check each question has been armked and count up all of the marks to ensure it’s been done correctly. You may request a copy of your exam paper as well.
- Service 2*– Review of the marking which means the Awarding Body (exam board) will check the grading / mark scheme has been applied correctly. You can also requesr your exam paper as well.
- Service 3 – this is review of moderation process for the marking
- Appeal preliminary and hearing – we can help you appeal a specific mark if you believe you were not awarded the correct grade.
*Important note: with Service 2, your final grades may go up, down or remain the same.
